Enterprise PMO, Delivery Excellence & Enablement

Location

Las Vegas, Summerlin, Nevada

Reports To

Director, Enterprise Delivery Excellence

About the Opportunity

The Enterprise PMO is building a stronger foundation for delivery governance, reporting, executive visibility, and modern ways of working. We are looking for an Analyst who can help keep that operating model running with discipline, clarity, and high-quality communication.

As Analyst, Delivery Excellence & Executive Insights, you will support governance operations, reporting cycles, documentation, adoption activities, and executive-ready materials. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, strong with detail, comfortable with data, and especially skilled at creating clear, polished presentations for senior audiences.

This is not a basic administrative role. It is a development role for someone who wants exposure to enterprise delivery, executive reporting, PMO operations, process improvement, and modern productivity tools.

Why This Role Matters

Behind every effective governance forum, executive review, and strategic decision is a foundation of accurate information, thoughtful communication, and operational discipline.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the center of enterprise delivery, helping transform complex information into clear insights for senior stakeholders. Through executive communications, reporting, governance support, and operational enablement, this role gives early-career professionals exposure to enterprise priorities, organizational decision-making, and modern delivery practices.

What You Will OwnGovernance & EPMO Operations
  • Support preparation for governance forums, operating reviews, and executive meetings.
  • Maintain governance artifacts, action logs, review materials, and operating calendars.
  • Help ensure EPMO process materials, templates, and standards remain current and usable.
Reporting Operations
  • Consolidate delivery reporting inputs from teams and systems.
  • Support recurring reporting packs, dashboards, and governance materials.
  • Perform completeness checks and identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear reporting inputs.
  • Escalate reporting gaps or data quality issues to the Senior Analyst.
Executive Communications & Presentation Design
  • Create executive-ready presentations that translate delivery data and operating updates into clear business narratives.
  • Develop visually clear, polished materials for senior stakeholder forums and board-level discussions where needed.
  • Turn complex information into concise slides with strong structure, logic, and message clarity.
  • Maintain presentation templates, visual standards, and reusable executive communication assets.
Documentation & Information Management
  • Maintain PMO process documentation, SOPs, job aids, playbooks, and templates.
  • Organize team repositories and support version control of key materials.
  • Ensure standard materials are easy to find, current, and aligned to operating practices.
Adoption & Enablement Support
  • Support training logistics, user guidance, adoption tracking, and enablement materials.
  • Capture user feedback and help identify adoption barriers.
  • Support rollout communications for new processes, templates, tools, and reporting practices.
What Great Looks Like

In the first 12 to 18 months:

  • Governance and executive materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on time.
  • Reporting packs are more consistent, complete, and easier to consume.
  • Executive presentations tell a clearer story and support better decision-making.
  • Process documentation, templates, and playbooks are current and easy to use.
  • Adoption tracking and user support materials are reliable.
  • The Analyst is developing toward broader responsibility in delivery intelligence, automation, or PMO operations.
What You Bring
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in PMO, business operations, program coordination, reporting, analytics, communications, or operational support.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with business data, reporting inputs, and status information.
  • Ability to synthesize information and translate it into clear, structured narratives.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and quality orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support recurring operating rhythms.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to Power BI, Jira, product roadmap platforms, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting governance forums, executive reviews, PMO reporting, or business operating reviews.
  • Experience creating visuals, dashboards, executive decks, or board-ready materials.
  • Familiarity with process documentation, SOPs, templates, or training materials.
