Job Description Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Senior Project Business Analyst to join our team. DESCRIPTION The Senior Project Business Analyst will support end-to-end broadband initiatives by managing project activities, documenting business requirements, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and helping ensure projects remain on schedule. This role supports two primary workstreams: Broadband Programs and Broadband Adoption & Community Engagement

The Senior Project Business Analyst will work closely with the Broadband Division Leader, business stakeholders, community organizations, government agencies, and external partners to coordinate project deliverables, analyze business processes, support change management efforts, and ensure successful project execution. A strong onsite presence is required to facilitate meetings, training, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption. EXPECTATIONS Participate in daily and weekly meetings for assigned projects.

Prepare and distribute meeting notes using established templates within 24 hours of each meeting. Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met according to project plans. Maintain and update project schedules, tracking spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.

Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. OVERVIEW Work closely with the Broadband Division Leader to coordinate project activities and resource planning. Coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners.

Collaborate across multiple business units, community organizations, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Gather, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements. Develop communications and change management materials tailored to internal and external audiences.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. Assist with project reporting, issue tracking, risk management, and status updates. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in social services, community outreach, community engagement, grant-funded programs, project management, business analysis, or a related field. Experience working with grants, grant-funded initiatives, grant administration, or grant compliance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Two (2) years of experience supporting or coordinating large-scale, cross-functional projects. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating meetings, and maintaining project documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts. Must be a Clark County resident.

PREFERRED Understanding of broadband adoption, digital inclusion, digital equity, and community engagement initiatives. Familiarity with barriers to technology access, including broadband availability, affordability, digital literacy, and underserved communities. Experience collecting and analyzing program data, identifying trends, and preparing reports to support decision-making and program improvements.

Experience developing reports, presentations, and communications for a variety of audiences. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, community partners, government agencies, and stakeholders. Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, community engagement events, or training sessions.
