Job Description

The Senior Program Manager (Client Success) is a senior, client-facing role responsible for overseeing complex, multistream technology programs for Publicis Production's clients across markets. The role ensures that technology implementation, adoption, and success activities-including platform rollouts, integrations, training, testing, and adoption support to Product Success Directors (PSDs) - are delivered predictably, transparently, and in line with client expectations.

Operating across multiple client programs concurrently, the Senior Program Manager provides program-level governance, structure, and oversight, supporting Product Success Directors through progress tracking, structured stakeholder communication, RAID management, and executiveready reporting. The role is accountable for defining and maintaining program reporting frameworks and for analysing program data to generate meaningful insight for both internal leadership and client stakeholders.

Working closely with workstream and cross-workstream leads, including Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Transition, Operations, and Technology Implementation Project Managers, the Senior Program Manager translates business needs into clear program plans, milestones, and deliverables. By connecting people, processes, and platforms, the role enables effective coordination across multi-stream programs and contributes to delivering high-quality, confidence-building outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end Client Technology Implementation and Adoption Plan, ensuring clear planning, governance, and execution.
  • Define program goals, scope, success metrics, and delivery roadmap in alignment with client objectives.
  • Build, manage, and optimize Monday.com boards
  • Act as the primary program interface for providing clear communication, status, and risk management for the client account.
  • Create and maintain detailed end-to-end program plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocations.
  • Track progress of ongoing milestones and maintain up-to-date status reports.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to gather required information and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Operations Technology Leads and other team members to ensure alignment on project timelines.
  • Identify potential delays or blockers and escalate as needed.
  • Support the preparation of project dashboards, summaries, and reports for leadership, Internal & External
  • Translate complex requirements into structured plans, milestones, and trackers.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and Mitigation, taking action early and pragmatically.
  • Support reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking through advanced Excel and Monday.com dashboards (Internal Stakeholder & Clients)
  • Own program reporting frameworks and data analysis to equip Product Success Directors with accurate, insightled reporting for internal governance and client management.
Qualifications
  • 10+ Years Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager / Senior Project Manager in an integrated, production environment.
  • Knowledge of Monday.com, with the ability to operate confidently at the enterprise license level, would be beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to move easily between detail and big picture thinking.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
  • A true self-starter and doer-comfortable rolling up sleeves and driving work forward without heavy oversight.
  • Experience working across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ambitious, curious, and ready to grow - eager to expand scope and impact.
  • Collaborative and strategic confident communicator, able to work across technical, product, transition and operation client teams.
  • Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and delivery-driven.
  • Experience within production, media, creative, or agency environments
  • Exposure to supporting enterprise level transformation.
  • Familiarity with client success models or platform driven delivery environments.
