  • Ensure project achievements, deliverables, and ownership are clearly defined and actively tracked.
  • Hold project owners accountable for commitments while advancing critical risks when necessary.
Project Management Systems
  • Own and continuously improve the organization’s project management platform (e.g., Asana).
  • Develop standardized workflows, templates, reporting dashboards, and automated notifications.
  • Train project managers and business collaborators on project management guidelines.
  • Ensure project data remains accurate, current, and actionable.
Communication & Executive Reporting
  • Prepare executive-level communications summarizing project status, accomplishments, risks, decisions, and upcoming achievements.
  • Present portfolio updates to senior leadership.

  • Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and project achievements.
Continuous Improvement
  • Find opportunities to improve launch execution, project governance, and operational readiness.
  • Develop standardized playbooks and lessons learned for future launches.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project execution processes.
