Title:

Senior Program Analyst

Program Summary:
KBR's Mission Engineering Division delivers complex technical solutions and expert support to the U.S. Department of War, specializing in modeling and simulation, cyber transformation, air vehicle mission integration, and lifecycle support. Job Summary:

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst. This position supports the PMA-265 F/A-18 Radar & Strike EW Integrated Product Teams (IPT) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) in Patuxent River, MD. This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will support the Radar & EWIPT Leads in the execution of their duties and record the priorities and upcoming team events.
  • Track and analyze program budgets, funding and cost performance.
  • Assist in monitoring contract requirements, including CDRLs and SOW compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain program status reports, briefs and dashboards.
  • Support development of projects, schedules, and resource forecasts.
  • The selected candidate will participate in meetings and would be instrumental in pulling together the data to answer daily/weekly drills of the IPTs.
  • This position involves daily interface and coordination with all levels of the IPTs, including government, contractor, and field activity personnel associated with the program office.
  • Tasking will include a wide range of program coordination efforts.
  • The successful candidate must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; analytical skills; attention to detail; organizational skills.
  • Must possess the ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes.
  • Must have the ability to balance priorities in order to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • MS or MA Degree in a Business-related field is required. Experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree; OR,Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree; OR, Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
  • Active Secret security clearance

Work Location: Onsite
Compensation: $105,160.00 - $157,630.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
