The Opportunity
As a SAP Program Manager - Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale SAP implementation projects, collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic goals. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
In this role at PwC, you will craft and convey impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. You will lead teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open coaching conversations at all levels. Responsibilities
- Leading large-scale SAP implementation projects, coordinating with business leaders and technical teams to define objectives and develop project plans
- Managing project resources and monitoring progress to mitigate risks and validate successful delivery of SAP solutions
- Utilizing program management skills to oversee multiple projects and stakeholders, facilitating seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Applying analytical thinking and systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within SAP program management
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Promoting continuous process improvement and embracing change to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
