Standard Job Description The EMC2 organization delivers advanced, multi-domain battle management capabilities that enable joint and coalition operations worldwide.We are seeking a proven, experienced leader to serve as AIR6500 Senior Program Manager - Deputy to Program Director.AIR6500 will field a Joint Air Battle Management System for the Royal Australian Air Force, integrating air, electromagnetic, and missile defense domains.As a corporate focus program of high strategic importance, this role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise and drive critical outcomes across a dynamic, large-scale enterprise. The AIR6500 Senior Program Manager serves as the Deputy to the Program Director, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for a highvisibility corporate focus program. The role manages four interrelated workstreams, ensures alignment with program objectives, and drives delivery excellence across large cross-functional, geographically-dispersed teams

This is an expat assignment based in Adelaide, Australia with a target start date of January 2027. Key Duties include: Act as the Deputy for the Program Director, representing the program in executive forums, decisionmaking committees, and stakeholder briefings. Directly manage four workstreams, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Serve as the primary point of contact to manage and maintain a strong strategic partnership with senior customer counterpart. Identify, assess, mitigate program risks, and exploit opportunities; implement contingency plans and maintain an uptodate risk register.
