This position is under the daily supervision of the Community CEO with collaboration with Wellness Director. The Memory Care Director (MCD) is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and overall success of the Memory Care Neighborhood and the Join the Journey® Memory Care Program. This role ensures residents living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias experience dignity, safety, meaningful engagement, and a supportive home-like environment while fostering strong family partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • CORE and Alzheimer's 1 and 2 trained
  • Minimum of 2-3 years leadership experience in Memory Care or Dementia Care
  • Current hands-on CPR Certification.
  • Must have a clear background screening.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English
