We are currently seeking a GEOINT Advisor to join our team at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. This role is an integral part of a prestigious Military Intelligence Program, supporting the USAF Air Combat Command's (ACC) ISR mission. With opportunities for technical skill development, career advancement, and internal mobility, the possibilities here are endless!

As a GEOINT Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver executive-level assessments to senior Air Force ISR leaders, focusing on integrating advanced ISR technologies into Joint warfighting strategies.

  • Serve as a GEOINT subject matter expert, addressing multi-ISR discipline analysis to meet command requirements.

  • Collaborate with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) teams to enhance mission operations.

  • Conduct ALOE traces and analyses, ensuring requirements are met for DCGS consumers.

  • Review and refine DCGS products and TTPs to align with directives from the Air Force and Intelligence Community.

  • Stay at the forefront of ISR advancements by evaluating emerging technologies and solutions.

  • Perform in-depth analyses of trends, systems, and processes, while implementing training improvements and quality control metrics.

  • Act as a liaison across air component operations, intelligence units, and ISR production teams, driving collaborative success.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related intelligence experience. Additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Hands-on operational experience with Air Force DCGS.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Intelligence Community Directive 203: Analytic Standards.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with critical thinking capabilities across operational, theater, and strategic levels.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to complex ISR challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISR experience at the Air Force Wing level or higher.
