We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Retirement Living team in Perth. This is a specialist role where your expertise will directly support residents and their families through important life transitions, while ensuring legislative compliance, strong governance and exceptional customer outcomes

About the Role:

Under the direction of the ย Regionalย  Manager WA and the Senior Sales Manager ย you will provide specialist contract administration, compliance and governance support across BaptistCare's Retirement Living portfolio in Western Australia. Operating as the subject matter expert, you will ensure resident contracts, settlements, financial transactions and documentation are managed accurately, efficiently and in line with legislative requirements.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, solving complex problems, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement.

What you will be responsible for

  • Preparing, reviewing and coordinating retirement living contracts and resident documentation
  • Managing resident entry, exit and settlement processes, including refunds and buy-backs
  • Interpreting and applying Retirement Living legislation and contractual requirements
  • Monitoring compliance risks and maintaining strong governance controls
  • Producing operational, compliance and financial reporting, including advanced Excel and Power BI reporting
  • Supporting newly acquired villages through contract review and onboarding activities
  • Providing specialist advice to operational, finance and sales teams
