Job Summary

Identifies production needs and determines the necessary production lines to fulfill work orders while planning and organizing the overall production schedule.Fluency in English, including the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in the language is required.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Plans and coordinates the production schedule and monitors inventory levels to minimize cost while ensuring production and delivery goals are met.
  • Performs pre-organization of production materials before the commencement of production.
  • Coordinates and develops production plans with the leadership team.
  • Creates efficient scheduling processes and methods to attain production goals.
  • Generates reports to be used for all production related decisions.
  • Organizes job training for staff in production planning cell.
  • Manages production and material shortage issues efficiently to ensure production and delivery remain on track.

Nature and Scope

  • Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
  • Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Work Environment

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience
