Thisย Senior Production Coordinator role will support the automotive team with client communication and assigned production deliverables, ensuring a successful program and that client needs are met and exceeded.

You demonstrate a good understanding of the production process.ย 

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

  • Create and maintain production schedule with production lead
  • Independently complete documents that synthesize feedback and next steps; begin to manage small deliverables with guidance
  • Source third-party vendors, as requested

Client Focus/Relationship Management

  • Develop knowledge and comprehension of client business and take personal responsibility for meeting client needs and client satisfaction
  • Provide comprehensive and timely meeting notes
  • Lead client calls when appropriate

Budget Support

  • Assist in reconciling costs against budget as directed
  • Have a good understanding of Limberjack
  • Able to follow financial and contractual process for both clients and subcontractors

Creative Execution

  • Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate communications between team members and proactively anticipate the support needs of the team
