About the Role
The Senior Product Manager, New Markets plays a critical role in shaping the future of SONIFI Health’s product portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and advancing new product and market opportunities. What You’ll Do

Market & Customer Insight
• Lead ongoing market research and voiceofcustomer (VoC) efforts to uncover emerging needs, trends, and opportunities across patient engagement and healthcare staff workflows
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights—including customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive analysis—into clear, actionable opportunity narratives
• Develop market segmentation models, usecase frameworks, and problem statements to guide strategic exploration and prioritization

Opportunity Definition & Strategy Development
• Identify and shape new product concepts, innovation themes, and market adjacencies aligned with company strategy
• Evaluate opportunities based on customer value, market potential, feasibility, and strategic fit
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to refine opportunity hypotheses and support solution framing or validation activities when appropriate

Business Case & Investment Support
• Develop and maintain business cases for new product and market opportunities, including market sizing, value propositions, risks, and expected impact
• Support leadership decisionmaking through clear analyses, tradeoffs, and recommendations
• Contribute to prioritization discussions and investment planning across the product portfolio

Roadmap & Execution Alignment
• Inform product and portfolio roadmaps with marketbacked insight, strategic rationale, and context
• Collaborate with Product Management and engineering partners to ensure alignment between opportunity intent and execution plans alongside competing priorities
• Provide strategic guidance on business and stakeholder requirements during development, pilots, or incubation efforts to ensure solutions remain aligned with original market and customer intent

What You’ll Need
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare product management, product strategy, consulting, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis and translate insights into strategic recommendations
• Experience developing business cases and supporting investment decisions for new product or new market entry initiatives
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, clinical and operational workflows, and regulated environments
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, earlystage exploration, and evolving scopes as opportunities mature
• Ability to lead and collaborate with software development teams to deliver solutions that satisfy business and stakeholder requirements efficiently, on time, and on budget
