  • Supporting cross-functional projects involving product management, analytics, marketing, operations, and digital experience teams.
  • Conducting research to help evaluate future product concepts, member needs, and innovation opportunities.

The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
Responsibilities
  • Support product strategy initiatives through research, analysis, and development of recommendations that help improve member experiences and business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with product strategists, product managers, analysts, and business partners on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support the design, documentation, and evaluation of test-and-learn strategies, pilots, and experimentation efforts.
  • Explore practical applications of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve business processes, decision making, or member experiences.
  • Help monitor the performance of products, initiatives, and campaigns to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Participate in project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions while learning modern product management and product strategy practices.
  • Contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, analyses, and other tools that support strategic planning and business decisions.
