Requirements:

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Commercial Lines Senior Product Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, product development, or related business functions
  • Experience leading product strategy across complex or multiple lines of business
  • Experience managing product portfolios or broader line-of-business performance
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership and leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives
