Position Overview – Chemical Processor

We are seeking detail-oriented Chemical Processors to join our team. This role requires individuals who are safety-focused, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high production standards.

Key Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, 3035 times per hour for 12 hours per shift as needed
  • Willingness to learn and understand each process and its purpose
  • Commitment to following safety protocols 100% of the time
  • Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures in a processing environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience (motors, pumps, and valves)
    • Responsibilities:
  • Follow process protocols for each product grade accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain precise records in compliance with ISO standards
  • Ensure orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all established operating procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify minor mechanical problems
  • Contribute to a team environment that prioritizes productivity and urgency
  • Prepare and stage raw materials as directed by the shift leader or senior processor
