Role: Senior QA Engineer
Required Experience: 6-8 Years

Technical Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in manual testing of web and desktop applications.
  • Expertise in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
  • Experience in functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
  • Strong test planning, execution, and defect tracking skills.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Ability to identify high-risk areas and ensure maximum defect detection.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in SQL queries for backend validation.

  • API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Hybrid experience in manual + automation is preferred.
  • Understanding of basic automation concepts for future scalability.
