Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the evaluation, design, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and robustness.

Requirements:

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; an engineering degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in methods engineering, machining, welding, or related manufacturing disciplines.
  • 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment in an Engineering or CI role.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret contracts, technical specifications, and engineering drawings for both commercial and      military products.
  • Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, fixturing, and assembly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Experience working in an OEM environment, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with teams across production control, engineering, quality, purchasing,      and external service providers.
