We are seeking a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer to join our Commercial Lines IT team.

This position can be filled as a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.     • Engage in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings.

  • What it Takes:

    • Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience. Bachelor Degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 2 years related work experience. 5 or more years of related work experience preferred.

    • Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts.

    • Ability to critically evaluate multiple options to solve complex problems.

    • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

    • Experience with Guidewire, Java and Vue preferred.

    • Values continuous learning and personal development.
