Core Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Architect full-scale treatment systems by developing process flow diagrams (PFDs), detailed mass balances, and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Drive Applied R&D: Formulate testing plans, conduct advanced laboratory bench- and pilot-scale evaluations, and interpret complex data to validate your designs.
- Execute High-Level Calculus: Perform critical engineering calculations for chemical kinetics, biological loading, clarifier operations, and sludge generation.
- Spearhead Field Commissioning: Direct on-site system startups, establish rigorous sampling protocols, and provide technical training to client operations teams.
- Champion Financial Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to evaluate capital equipment budgets and vet the financial feasibility of emerging treatment technologies.
- Troubleshoot Complex Systems: Analyze operational metrics and field data to diagnose anomalies and optimize the efficiency of live industrial facilities.

Requirements
Professional Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Proven track record in design, optimization, or operation of industrial wastewater processes.
- Technical Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD (or AutoCAD LT) for design generation and advanced Excel for rigorous material balance modelling.
- Project Execution: Exceptional autonomy and communication skills to successfully interface with clients, Project Management, and Sales teams.
- Mobility: Readiness to travel up to 25% across the United States and Canada to oversee project deployments.
