I'm working with a well-established manufacturer that is investing in its manufacturing technology and engineering capabilities. They are looking for a Chemical Engineer who enjoys taking formulations from development into full-scale production while improving processes, reducing variation, and making manufacturing more efficient.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of process engineering, manufacturing, and materials science alongside a collaborative technical team.
You'll have the opportunity to:
โ€ข Optimize manufacturing processes involving mixing, compounding, coating, curing, and other chemical processing operations
โ€ข Lead process improvements that increase yield, throughput, and product consistency
โ€ข Scale new formulations from the laboratory into commercial manufacturing
โ€ข Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and quality issues using structured problem-solving methods
โ€ข Partner closely with chemists, operations, quality, and manufacturing engineering
