We are seeking a Product Process Engineer to support the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for an engineering professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving production efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products and successful product launches.

Position ResponsibilitiesProcess Development
  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Evaluate production methods and recommend process improvements to reduce waste and increase performance.
  • Establish standardized work instructions and process documentation.
Product Launch Support
  • Support new product introductions from concept through production.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Validate manufacturing processes and ensure production readiness.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
  • Drive initiatives to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and enhance operational efficiency.
Production Support
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to resolve production challenges.
  • Monitor process performance and implement improvements based on production data.
  • Assist with equipment selection, installation, and process validation.
Quality & Compliance
