How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead the design and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects from concept through delivery
  • Drive process design, hydraulic analysis, and development of engineering documentation (PFDs, P&IDs)
  • Partner with clients to understand challenges and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and client engagement
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team development and technical excellence

Are you an experienced water/wastewater process engineering leader ready to make an impact?

  • 8+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering, preferably in consulting or design environments
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited); Masterโ€™s preferred
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required; BCEE preferred
  • Strong expertise in treatment process design (activated sludge, BNR, MBR, filtration, disinfection, biosolids, RO)
  • Experience with process modeling and design tools (e.g., BioWin, GPS-X, WaterCAD, AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage schedules/budgets, and guide technical teams
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for water and wastewater systems
  • Self-driven with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
