Job Description
Summary/objective
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful production and execution of internal and external marketing projects as directed by the Senior Marketing Director and General Managers in support of (6) acac Charlottesville club locations.
Essential functions

  • Hands-on position designing, printing, and posting monthly club marketing materials in support of campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Act as one of the primary points of contact for department heads, meeting weekly on a team and individual basis to establish upcoming needs and requests.
  • Create, post & analyze daily social media content for assigned clubs' social media platforms.
  • Maintain compelling and accurate website copy.
  • Send weekly emails to promote upcoming events and programs.
  • Create and maintain photo/ video library of club events, programs, team, members, current events etc. for use in marketing materials.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are in line with brand standards, professional, interesting, and up-to-date.
  • Follow the established protocols for marketing projects, including gathering the required information and specs, establishing and adhering to deadlines, submitting work for review, and following through on final production and distribution as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments in the development, planning, and execution of external and internal events and marketing plans.
  • Create opportunities for external promotion - including building relationships with businesses in the community, focusing on potential membership events.

  • Must be able to work with a computer for extended periods of time.

Required competencies, education, and experience
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
  • Graphic design knowledge / Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
  • Email marketing/copywriting and editing.
  • CRM experience preferred - HubSpot.
  • Photography/videography experience is a plus.
  • Event planning.
  • Detail-oriented and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
  • Excellent project management skills, high attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $47,000 - $58,000. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. The full range allows for growth and progression over time.
