The Senior Operations Business Analyst supports QVC and drives data-informed decision-making across operations and supply chain functions by analyzing complex business challenges, applying advanced analytics and modelling, and delivering insights and recommendations that improve forecasting, inventory management, and overall operational performance.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
  • Develop advanced analytical models, including machine learning solutions, to optimize forecasting, inventory placement, and supply chain flows.
  • Design and automate predictive and prescriptive reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across multiple business areas, integrating processes, technologies, and stakeholder needs.
  • Support senior leadership by preparing executive-level presentations and facilitating business reviews.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, sharing best practices and analytical expertise.
  • Assess risks, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain analytics.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and strong experience with data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts.
  • Experience building optimization models and solving complex business problems.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BigQuery, SAS, or VBA.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on complex initiatives.
