Job Summary

The Senior Systems Administrator ensures the reliability, performance, and security of our Windows infrastructure—both on-premises and in Azure. This role provides hands-on technical leadership, mentors junior administrators, and acts as the backup for the Senior Network Administrator. The ideal candidate combines deep Windows Server expertise with cloud management skills and a working knowledge of networking fundamentals. 

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field required. An equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and progressively responsible network administration experience may substitute for a degree.
Experience - Five (5) years of hands-on experience supporting networks and users in a enterprise production environments.
Other Requirement(s) - Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) strongly preferred. Proficiency with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG). Working knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and storage technologies. Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using a personal vehicle to travel, valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance are required.
