Job Description
  • Network admin with 4 Years of experience.
  • Production support of Cisco Networking environments.
  • They should have very strong Networking admin experience with the cisco components (router, switches, firewalls, etc.)
  • Good experience with the production support processes (incident/service, change, problem)
  • Good experience with patch implementations, vendor coordination on the hardware failures
  • Good understanding with retail store environments (POS, access points, handheld connectivity, etc...)
  • Good understanding of Retail Store Networking and experienced in handling all Network administration tasks
  • Perform Upgrades and patching
  • Managing system performances
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
