Planning, Design, Development and Technical Support and Responsibilities
• 2.1.1. Support the PhoenixTeam providing technical advice and assistance in designing
and building the solution with focus on integrations
• 2.1.2. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and
a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements with focus on
integrations
• 2.1.2. Contribute and Support PI planning sessions.
• 2.1.3. Contribute and support the Service Design Lead activities associated to the
Integration Solution Technical Summaries, Architecture Design Document (ADD)
Design Model, ADD Analysis Model and ADD Diagrams
• 2.1.4. Provide knowledge and hands-on experience with MuleSoft& Anypoint Platform
(Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, Anypoint Runtime Manager, API Manager, etc)
• 2.1.5. Share understanding of various integration patterns, API design principles, and
microservices architecture.
• 2.1.6. Design, develop and manage APIs using MuleSoft& tools and leading practices.
• 2.1.7. Support data mapping for integrations.
• 2.1.8. Conduct data profiling, transformation and validation using MuleSoft& DataWeave
• 2.1.9. Apply leading practices and security standards for API authentication,
authorization, encryption, and data protection
• 2.1.10. Provide continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for
MuleSoft-based applications
• 2.1.11. Implement monitoring tools and logging frameworks for tracking MuleSoft
application performance
• 2.1.12. Provide support with troubleshooting issues with integrations. Utilizes best
practices in systems engineering to establish new Mulesoft based systems, improve
existing systems, and provide leadership to Mulesoft support teams.
• 2.1.13. Conduct peer-to-peer reviews, guide and collaborate with other team members toreview and/or recommend developed code.
• 2.1.14. Performs unit testing covering positive & negative scenarios.
• 2.1.15. Assist with creation and maintenance of technical documentation for integrations.
• 2.1.16. Support all agile ceremonies as requested including sprint planning, backlog
grooming, technical spikes, sprint reviews and demos
• 2.1.17. Assists in decomposition of complex epics into testable user stories and tasks
working in close coordination with the development teams
• 2.1.18. Work in close collaboration with Mulesoft, ICE and Salesforce teams to support
design and implement harmonious software development process using DevSecOps
practices including CI/CD and Test-Driven Development
• 2.1.19. Support preparation of integration solution design demos to the client working
closely with all development teams
• 2.1.20. Participate and engage in sprint review / integration solution design demo
sessions by presenting and addressing technical queries as needed
• 2.1.21. Supports capture of feedback by incorporating them as user stories and tasks in
the product backlog and assist in prioritizing them for implementation in subsequent
sprint cycles
