Job Title: Senior Manager 
Job Location: Carson City, NV  
Job Type: Full Time 

Job Description:  

  • Lead, develop, and enforce the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across departments. 

  • Manage teams of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to ensure compliance and product excellence. 

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process improvements. 

  • Oversee internal and external audits to maintain AS9100 and ISO 14001 certifications. 

  • Review supplier quality, materials, and documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements. 

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and track quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement strategies. 

  • Generate and present reports and data analyses on quality performance and trends. 

  • Manage QMS documentation, training, and approvals to ensure system integrity and compliance.
