Senior Media Analyst

Our client, a growing performance media and analytics agency, is seeking a Senior Analyst, to support omnichannel measurement, reporting, and performance analysis across integrated media accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and technical skills who enjoys transforming campaign data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain measurement frameworks tied to client KPIs and business goals
  • Analyze and integrate data across digital, offline, CRM, and media platforms
  • Build dashboards and automate reporting using Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL, and GA4
  • Support forecasting, attribution, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization analysis across media campaigns
  • Translate complex data into client-ready insights and presentations
  • Maintain data governance, taxonomy consistency, and reporting accuracy
  • Partner with media, strategy, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance
  • Mentor junior analysts and support QA/process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of analytics or media analytics experience, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong experience with GA4, GTM, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, and dashboard automation
  • Experience working with media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and TikTok
  • Understanding of attribution, forecasting, MMM, and digital media KPIs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
