Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Measurement and Analytics within our Commerce Intelligence department. You will play a critical role in shaping how our clients understand and optimize their digital experiences. From implementing accurate tagging to building performance dashboards and designing measurement frameworks, you will help translate digital behavior into actionable insights. You'll collaborate closely with UX, Creative, Strategy, and Development teams to elevate how customers engage with key digital properties. If you enjoy solving complex data challenges, communicating insights clearly, and continuously learning new tools and approaches, this role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What you'll do:
  • Build measurement frameworks that clearly define how digital performance is measured, ensuring stakeholders understand what success looks like across websites and digital experiences.
  • Own tagging strategy and tracking implementation, using Google Tag Manager and other tag management tools to ensure clean, consistent, and accurate data collection across digital properties.
  • Lead QA processes for tracking and analytics deployment, validating that data flows correctly and reliably before features go live.
  • Analyze web performance using GA4, pulling insights on user engagement, conversion behavior, and content performance to help clients continuously improve their digital experiences.
  • Design and maintain dashboards in tools such as DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio, translating complex datasets into clear stories that inform internal teams and client partners.
  • Partner with UX and product teams on A/B tests, supporting experiment design, measurement, and results interpretation to guide feature optimization.
  • Present insights to clients and internal stakeholders, connecting the dots between user behavior and business goals to influence strategic decisions.

Who you are:
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in analytics, with a strong focus on web analytics and digital experience measurement.
  • You are fluent in Google Analytics (GA4) and highly skilled with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management systems.
  • You have hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools such as DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio to build insightful dashboards and reports.
  • You understand A/B testing principles, experiment design, and how UX changes can impact user behavior.
  • You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams, partnering with UX, Creative, Strategy, and Development to guide data-informed decisions.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with clients, with a strong ability to tell stories through data.
  • You're curious and proactive - someone who is excited to learn new tools, try new techniques, and continuously improve.
  • Experience in an agency environment or retail/e-commerce analytics is a plus.
  • Nice-to-have technical skills: HTML/JavaScript, Python, and familiarity with Snowflake.

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
