Manages Lost and Unaccounted For (LAUF) gas tracking and supports mitigation initiatives. Works cross-functionally with gas control, field operations, SCADA, transportation services, gas accounting, and regulatory affairs to support accurate system balancing and consistent measurement practices. Provides strategic guidance on the placement and performance of gas quality and measurement equipment to meet pipeline tariff requirements and FERC gas quality posting standards. Contributes to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures related to gas quality, measurement, and data integrity.

•    Monitors Lost and Unaccounted For (LAUF) gas trends to identify abnormal patterns or deviations. Investigates root causes, document findings, and recommends long term mitigation strategies to improve measurement accuracy and system performance.
•    Maintains safety, compliance, and reliability standards in all areas of responsibility.
•    Builds and maintains strong working relationships with third party vendors, customers, and interconnecting pipeline partners to support accurate measurement, timely issue resolution, and effective coordination of operational activities.
•    Assists with or lead special projects as assigned.
•    Participates in training, cross-functional meetings, and best-practice initiatives.

Position Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Natural Sciences, Information Systems, or a related technical field; equivalent industry experience may be considered
•    Minimum of 7 years of experience in natural gas measurement, pipeline operations, gas accounting, SCADA, or related midstream environments
•    Experience performing measurement data analysis, Prior Period Adjustments (PPAs), and data reconciliation
•    Strong understanding of natural gas measurement principles, including flow measurement, gas quality, meter calibration, and volume validation
•    Familiarity with FERC regulations, pipeline tariffs, and industry measurement standards (AGA, API)
•    Well versed in PHMSA, FERC, API regulations
