About this role
As a Measurement Strategist at LiveRamp, you will partner with some of the world's leading brands to analyze the business impact of their advertising and help them optimize media investments. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role where strategic thinking, problem solving, and a passion for helping customers succeed will make you stand out.

This is a hybrid, 2 days a week in-office position in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply deep measurement expertise to guide customers from use case design through value realization across LiveRamp's Cross Media Intelligence product.

  • Partner with enterprise customers to develop a Learning Agenda, leveraging analytical skills to develop hypotheses, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights that inform marketing and media planning.

  • Act as a trusted product and media expert to drive adoption, enhance usage, and unlock future opportunities across customer accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships, earning trusted-advisor status and continuously identifying customer challenges and opportunities.

  • Identify and drive account growth opportunities, including product expansion, analytics services, upsells, and renewals, in partnership with Commercial team members.

  • Contribute to thought leadership by developing whitepapers, case studies, and supporting internal and external initiatives.

About you:

  • 10+ years of customer-facing and consultative account management experience at a SaaS, AdTech, media agency, or digital media services firm

  • 6+ years in marketing analytics (media, customer, digital, big data), including campaign management, experimental design, and performance optimization

  • Deep understanding of and knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem (TV, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, Publishers), what they do, how they're bought, and how they work together

  • Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue within existing customer relationships a plus

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences

  • Skilled at building trust with executives and operational teams

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Strategic problem solver who uses data, analytical skills and story-telling to support reasoning and decision making

  • Adaptable and confident in leading customers through ambiguity to the best outcomes

  • Willing to travel to customer site as needed

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Bonus Points:

  • Passion for organization, problem solving, and project management

  • Quick to learn and help communicate technical concepts to clients

  • Type S(startup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)

  • Super independent and self-sufficient; you need very little management, only coaching and mentorship

  • Great communication skills both internally and externally

  • Excellent problem resolution skills and attention to detail

The approximate annual base compensation range is $132,000 to $170,500.
