Inc. is searching for a full-time Senior Construction Scheduler to oversee scheduling for projects of any size or complexity, ensure stringent alignment with BHI scheduling standards, analyze schedule health and risks, and safeguard the company against schedule-related profit losses and claims. We are looking for exceptional, detail-oriented leaders with an expert-level background in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or Primavera P6 and a passion for training project teams to help us drive customer satisfaction, company profit, and personal job mastery. We are looking for the best candidate for our team and are offering a competitive annual salary of $140,000 – $175,000 (depending on experience and qualifications). This position can be based out of either our Vernal or North Salt Lake, UT office, depending on the location of the right candidate. This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling using Oracle Primavera software (P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud - OPC) required.
  • Fully versed in all aspects of OPC administration, shortcuts, resource loading/leveling, and advanced software functions.
  • Familiar with stringent industry scheduling standards (e.g., USACE/Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Govt., DFCM) and expert in construction phasing/sequences across assigned divisions.
  • Well-versed in forensic schedule analysis and schedule impact exhibit creation to champion the careful implementation of scheduling and guard BHI against claims.
  • Expert in Lean, the Last Planner System, Takt planning, linear schedules, phasing maps, site logistics maps, and competent in facilitating pull planning sessions.
  • Proven ability to analyze schedules for risk, serve as a trusted resource to project teams, and train teams on the BHI scheduling system, visual management tools, and dashboarding requirements.
