Job Description:

  • Drive IT solutions across Finance, eCommerce, and Operations.
  • Launch and support business facing products and projects while leading cross-functional teams to create IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with business owners to develop business cases for project requests.
  • Translate business requirements to functional requirements, develop functional design in adherence with architecture standards and principles, and provide clarification of technical requirements as input for a dedicated technical development staff.
  • Understand and communicate the relationship between functional and technical requirements.
  • Make recommendations for future-state business processes.
  • Execution and implementation of project/program test plans.
  • Lead projects to evaluate, qualify, and select third party software, vendors, and/or service providers and provide recommendations.
  • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
  • Manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
  • Manages individual, team, and project productivity through the development and execution of work outlining specific tasks, target dates, staff responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Supervise subordinate personnel including hiring, performance management, and initiating corrective and/or disciplinary actions. Responsible for the supervision of IT Tech Leads.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field, or foreign degree equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience as an IT Manager, Oracle Applications Database Administrator, Technical Lead, Database Engineer, or alternate related acceptable occupation.

Experience must have included:

1. Oracle EBS architecture, design, and implementation.

2. Information systems with experience leading teams and initiatives.

3. Analyzing complex IT problems, communicating findings with leadership, and recommending solutions.

4. Gathering and documenting complex cross-functional business requirements, process flows, and use-case scenarios.

5. Oracle EBS ERP systems, including Order-to-Cash, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.

6. Oracle Demantra Demand Planning system.

7. Integrations platforms, such as Dell Boomi.

8. Administering and maintaining Linux environments.

9. Hyperconverged Infrastructure design and administration.
