Job description
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformation project or transaction.
Join Deloitte's Technology Strategy practice at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and transformation - and health care. In this role, you will help health care clients translate enterprise priorities into actionable technology strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps that drive growth, improve performance, and deliver measurable value. If you are energized by complex client challenges, executive-level problem solving, and leading teams through high-impact technology strategy work, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a rapidly evolving sector. The health care strategy practice is looking for a senior manager to be a part of this incredible team. The work we do is real, with a real impact on the world.

- Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by shaping deliverables, driving day-to-day client relationships, and guiding teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Leading engagement planning, budgeting, delivery oversight, quality management, and risk management across client work
- Contributing to practice growth through business development, proposal leadership, methodology development, thought leadership, and people development
A successful candidate would possess these skills:
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
The team
Strategy architects bold strategies across the enterprise, enabling growth, competitive advantage, and continuous digital and AI transformation.
Our professionals serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear, data-driven choices about where to play and how to win to drive growth and unlock enterprise value. Our clients include hospitals, academic medical centers, health systems, home health agencies, long-term care providers, outpatient facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, health plans, health insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, and retail health care organizations. We lead technology strategy engagements for health plan clients, translating business priorities into practical roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans that improve member, provider, and enterprise outcomes.
