Job Overview


The Sr. Manager of People Consultants provides strategic People leadership to assigned business units by acting as a consultant, People leader, and advisor to senior management. This role oversees a team of People Consultants at MBUSA, drives organizational effectiveness, ensures compliance with People policies and employment laws, and serves as a key partner in talent, performance, development, and culturebuilding initiatives.
 

Responsibilities

Strategic People Partnership (30%)

       Partner with VPs/senior leaders to support organizational objectives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.

       Shapes organizational design and capability development.

       Provide strategic People consultation to internal clients.

       Champions company values and cultural initiatives

       Anticipates talent risks and succession needs.

Employee Relations & Investigations (15%)

       Lead complex investigations including workplace conditions, employee performance issues, and policy violations.

       Works to resolve discrimination or unlawful treatment allegations.

       Recommend and advises leadership on resolution strategies.

Organizational Development & Consulting (30%)

       Act as a strategic advisor on companywide initiatives including organizational design, PPVM, leadership development, process optimization, workload assessments, and career development strategies.

       Interprets engagement data and plays a key role in driving action planning

Policy Review & Compliance (10%)

       Evaluate People policies and practices to ensure legal compliance.

       Stay current on employment law changes; prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.

       Administer People practices, policies, and procedures across assigned teams.

Employment Law & Research (15%)

       Monitor ongoing changes in employment laws affecting People practices.

Qualifications
 

PV44 confirmed or existing L4/Sr. Manager.
8-10 years HR experience; HRBP leadership preferred.
US Employment law, HR certifications preferred, leadership and coaching skills.


 Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other Business or Liberal Arts related degree
