Role: Senior Manager – Technology Strategy & Operations
Client Location: Minneapolis, MN - 3 DAYS ONSITE
Hybrid Work
Partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategy execution, improve organizational effectiveness, and enable scalable growth. This role operates at the intersection of technology strategy, execution governance, and executive communication, with a strong emphasis on technical storytelling and organizational hygiene.
 Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution & Leadership Enablement
• Partner closely with the VP and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives across the Sales & Digital technology portfolio
• Translate leadership priorities into clear initiatives, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
• Support organizational effectiveness initiatives, including AI adoption strategy, engineering productivity improvements, and Learning & Development strategy
• Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on technology strategy, operating models, and transformation efforts
2. Operating Rhythm & Governance
• Own and facilitate weekly and monthly leadership operating cadences, including agenda planning, preparation of materials, and follow up actions
3. Technical Storytelling & Executive Communication
• Develop clear, concise, executive ready narratives that translate complex technical topics into actionable insights
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership and executive forums
• Prepare executive ready presentations, narratives, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
 
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
 • 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, program management, or transformation roles
 • Proven experience working closely with VP level and senior leadership
 • Strong understanding of software development, digital platforms, and modern SDLC practices
 • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of discretion
 
Desired Skills:
Healthcare payer/provider domain experience
