Senior Manager, Learning & Organizational Development
Travel: Approximately 25%
We're partnering with a global industry leader to identify a Senior Manager, Learning & Organizational Development, who will play a pivotal role in transforming how employees and leaders develop across a complex, multi-site manufacturing organization
.
This is more than a traditional L&D role. You'll have the opportunity to build enterprise learning strategies, modernize leadership development, establish a centralized Learning Center of Excellence, and create scalable solutions that directly impact business performance worldwid
e.
As a strategic leader, you will partner with executive leadership, HR Business Partners, and functional stakeholders to shape the organization's learning strategy while leading a high-performing shared services te
am.
Key responsibilities incl
- ude:Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise Learning & Organizational Development strat
- egy.Build scalable leadership development programs supporting emerging, frontline, mid-level, and senior lead
- ers.Design employee development experiences that strengthen internal mobility, career growth, and organizational capabil
- ity.Establish governance, standards, and enterprise learning architecture across global locati
- ons.Lead a centralized L&D shared services team supporting instructional design, learning operations, analytics, and documentat
- ion.Drive learning technology strategy, including LMS/LXP optimization and modern learning methodolog
- ies.Manage external learning partners, vendors, and departmental budg
- ets.Develop measurement frameworks and analytics that demonstrate business impact and ROI of learning investme
nts.

Qualifications in
- clude:8+ years of progressive Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development exper
- ience.5+ years leading enterprise learning teams and large-scale development initia
- tives.Experience building or evolving leadership development frame
- works.Strong background supporting global or multi-region organiza
- tions.Experience within manufacturing or similarly complex operational environ
- ments.Proven success managing instructional design teams, learning technologies, vendors, and enterprise bu
- dgets.Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organiz
- ation.Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning effectiveness and business out
comes.
