This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives

We are seeking a Senior SAP Logistics Analyst (EWM & TM )with proven expertise in SAP within SAP S/4HANA environments. This role requires a professional who not only has deep functional and technical knowledge but can also understand, align, and integrate logistics business processes across multiple business units.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading S/4HANA implementation projects and delivering integrated solutions across a large, complex SAP ecosystem.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead functional analyst for SAP EWM and TM processes engaged in programs, project implementations, continuous improvements delivery and exceptionally application support.

  • Partner with business units to understand end-to-end processes(Inbound, Outbound,Inventory Management, Warehouse operations, transportation planning and execution and translate them into integrated SAP solutions

  • Lead or contribute to S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across the SAP ecosystems

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on technological orientation

  • Provide expert-level support for incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to SAP governance, best practices, and solution architecture discussions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT leadership and business stakeholders.

  • Promote an agile culture of servant leadership, collaboration and accountability

YOUโ€™LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • University degree or equivalent by experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in EWM and TM

  • Experience in large-scale and international S/4HANA implementation projects, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong expertise in Warehouse Management and Transportation Management to support, design, and optimize SAP solutions across our logistics and supply chain operations including integration points with FI/CO, MM and SD

  • Proven ability to bridge business requirements with SAP system design and configuration

  • Experience in global/multi-business unit environments with complex, integrated SAP landscapes.

  • Excellent skills in solution design, problem-solving, and process optimization.

  • Knowledge of integration with 3PLs, carriers, or automation system

  • Experience in scaled agile environment (e.g SAFe, LeSS)

  • Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical incidents
