  • Support operational planning efforts including working groups, operational planning teams, synchronization meetings, and planning conferences.
  • Review operational requirements and identify logistics gaps, shortfalls, and mitigation strategies related to medical sustainment and readiness.
  • Monitor operational reporting, communications, and planning updates to identify emerging medical logistics issues and support requirements.
  • Develop and maintain plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms), operational trackers, briefing materials, and readiness products.

  • Coordinate with subordinate units, joint organizations, and external stakeholders to support planning alignment and operational integration.
  • Support development and review of Health Service Support planning documentation, including operational annexes and supporting plans.
  • Provide quality assurance reviews of staff packages, planning products, and operational documentation to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Maintain awareness of current doctrine, policies, and medical logistics processes impacting operational planning and readiness.
  • Support exercise planning activities and provide MEDLOG expertise during contingency and deliberate planning efforts.
  • Track assigned actions and provide recurring status updates to leadership regarding ongoing operational support activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of mission requirements.

Required Qualifications
