Job description

MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Logistics Planner to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + The Senior Commercial Logistics Planner coordinates the ongoing logistical functions of an organization by managing product life cycles and resource distribution. + Analyze logistical data to identify process improvements and ensure efficient internal allocation of assets. + Implement supply chain policies and oversee the delivery of resources to multiple geographically dispersed locations. + Manages the execution of current and future commercial logistics planning tasks for special operations command centers in the Indo-Pacific. + Evaluate commercial supply chain data to prioritize resource movements and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets. + Lead the coordination of commercial vendors and logistics hubs to resolve operational bottlenecks affecting theater-wide readiness. + Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + 10+ years of position-relevant experience. + Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical logistics protocols. Preferred Qualifications: + CSCP or PMP certification or a related field. + Experience with commercial transportation networks in the Indo-Pacific. + Knowledge of MIL-STD logistics and force protection protocols. Clearance Requirement: + Must hold an active Secret clearance Physical Requirements: + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. + Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
