Job description

OpX Leader Learning & Development is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single-threaded L&D leader within network PMO processes across 200+ SSD and GFC sites. You will build the project management mechanisms that ensure every training solution is sized correctly, delivered on time, meets quality standards, and demonstrates measurable business impact.
This role owns the intake gate, the project sizing matrix, ASANA as the PMO tool, and the metrics framework connecting training to operational outcomes.

You will represent the entire L&D organization to external stakeholders up to VP level, communicating capacity, timelines, and the state of L&D with credibility and business acumen. This is not a maintenance role. You are building the PMO infrastructure, creating the formalized link between training delivery and business results, and establishing L&D as a strategic, data-driven function.
Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the single-threaded leader for L&D within network PMO processes across SSD and GFC, integrating seamlessly into existing Operations PMO mechanisms
- Own the L&D project intake process, serving as the first gate to make go/no-go decisions on whether training is the appropriate solution for business needs
- Create, own, and maintain the L&D project sizing matrix that maps business need and complexity to recommended training solutions (job aid, e-learning, ILT, blended, etc.) and communicates expected timelines to stakeholders
- Build and manage ASANA as the L&D PMO mechanism, ensuring all programs and projects are captured, reviewed on cadence, and deliverables and timelines are met
- Develop internal processes for weekly project reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation paths
- Build a metrics and tracking system for on-time completion, training effectiveness, and business impact of L&D solutions
- Ensure every L&D solution meets internal quality and design standards through standardized content review and approval processes
- Represent the full L&D organization to external stakeholders, communicating solution timelines, capacity, and the state of L&D to partners up to VP level
- Able to influence without authority across multiple stakeholder groups
- Align with CLS content management and branding standards, developing a strategy to ensure all content is housed in CLS Content Studio
- Advocate for L&D value and demonstrate the success of training solutions through data-driven PMO reporting
- Maintain flexibility to prioritize and support business-need initiatives as they arise
