Join our team as a Home Care Worker, where you can do what you loveโ€”without the travel! All of your clients are conveniently located within our beautiful, gated senior living community. In this rewarding role, youโ€™ll build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, hands-on support. Youโ€™ll assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, help create a safe and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping and meal preparation, and escort residents to appointments and engaging social events.

  • Compensation: $17.50 - $18.37 per hour, based on experience. Plus $1.00 weekend shift differential

How you will make an impact

  • Provide personal care (non-medical)  and assisting with activities of daily living
  • Support residents by performing routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning and preparation, pet walking and feeding, closet organization, and kitchen chores
  • Escort residents to appointments and social activities
  • Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships
  • Notifies office in a timely fashion, of any change in a residentโ€™s condition.
  • Adheres to all department policies, procedures, and care standards.
  • Maintains competency in the required job skills and knowledge.        

What you will need

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a care provider serving the senior population is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
