The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the retail channel, driving business growth, strengthening strategic relationships with customers and ensuring profitability and brand positioning in the market.

We are looking for a profile with solid experience working with big box retailers and commercial chains.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop commercial relationships with key accounts and retail chains.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Drive growth in sales, market share and profitability.
  • Develop trading strategies and account plans.
  • Identify business opportunities, upselling, and category expansion.
  • Track business performance, KPIs and customer satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.
  • Perform analysis of market, competition, and industry trends.
