A Senior Key Account Manager is a strategic commercial leader responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of high-value global OEM customers focusing on the integration of Eaton's Power Management and Control Components (PMCC) portfolio within the data center cooling and infrastructure market.

The PMCC portfolio includes a broad range of low-voltage electrical as Miniature Circuit Breaker MCB , Molded Case Circuit Breakers MCCB, contactors, fuses and Variable Speed Drives VSD, enabling safe, efficient, and reliable power distribution and motor control. The role focuses on building long-term, trusted partnerships while driving Eaton's growth by securing early engagement in OEM customers' design, technology, and investment roadmaps. Success in this position goes beyond short-term revenue delivery.

It is defined by the ability to position Eaton as a preferred supplier, influence customer platforms at an early stage, and create sustainable, long-term business value. Acting as a business partner, the Senior Key Account Manager owns the overall customer relationship, ensuring alignment across operational, management, and executive levels, while driving cross-functional initiatives internally. In addition, the role contributes to team leadership by mentoring and supporting local account managers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

Working closely with Eaton's Business Units, the Senior Key Account Manager also plays a key role in shaping the development of products, solutions, and system architectures-ensuring alignment with evolving OEM requirements in the data center cooling market. The role is available as a remote position across the European Union, with a primary focus on the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Germany, France, the Czech Republic, and Hungary Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEM customers, ensuring long-term growth and partnership development Identify and uncover customer needs, translating them into tailored solutions aligned with Eaton's product portfolio Lead the implementation of customer requirements and commercial agreements, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to track performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, including opportunity management, forecasting, and quotation processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives across account management activities, enhancing efficiency and customer value Build and grow strategic global OEM relationships, with a strong focus on data center air and liquid cooling solutions Expand Eaton's footprint by identifying new applications, platforms, and customer stakeholders Develop and execute structured account strategies aligned with customer roadmaps and Eaton's long-term capabilities Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning across sales, product management, engineering, and operations Lead complex, multi-country account coordination across EMEA and global teams Promote the adoption of Eaton digital tools and platforms as part of the overall customer value proposition Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5-9 years of experience in B2B sales and key account management, with a proven track record of success Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems is required Demonstrated ability to sell complex engineered solutions into OEM customers, managing long sales cycles and multistakeholder environments A technical background is strongly preferred, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and credibility in customer discussions What we offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package. The annual salary range for Italy (included base salary and Sales Incentive Plan) for this role is EUR 79.700 - EUR 116.900 gross per year.
