As a Sr Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing production schedules within the integrated supply chain framework to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and timely delivery of products to customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand, monitor inventory levels, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.
You will report directly to our leadership team and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain effectiveness by ensuring production plans align with business goals, optimizing resource utilization, and driving improvements that support customer satisfaction and cost control.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands while maximizing operational efficiency within the integrated supply chain environment.
  • Monitor and analyze production data, identifying opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production.
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production planning, streamlining processes for increased productivity.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve production delays and process inefficiencies.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in production control, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on production scheduling and inventory optimization.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software to effectively manage and adjust production plans.
  • Experience in inventory management and cost control to maintain efficient resource utilization.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in production control environments.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement.
  • APICS or other relevant certifications in supply chain or production management.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
