** Sr. Financial Analyst Opportunities, Arizona **
Greater Phoenix Area
-Develop and maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and rolling forecasts
-Support annual budgeting and long-range planning activities
-Monitor revenue, operating expenses, and headcount trends
-Provide management reporting and actionable financial insights
-Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
-Analyze operational and financial performance metrics
-Deliver analytical reporting to support leadership decision-making
-Evaluate business trends and identify improvement opportunities
-Analyze actual results against budget and forecast
-Investigate operational and financial variances
-Present findings, recommendations, and key business drivers to leadership
-Support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven insights
-Assist with cash management and liquidity planning activities
-Monitor cash flow trends and working capital performance
-Support forecasting and reporting related to cash position and liquidity
-Assist with accounts receivable and collections support as needed
-Participate in payroll-related financial support activities
-Collaborate with accounting during month-end close processes
-Support general accounting and financial reporting initiatives
