  • Coordinate with global colleagues (including Paris and Canada) for content input and translations
  • Ensure stakeholders, including Employee Resource Groups, submit content and event recaps via SharePoint
  • Maintain editorial organization, including tracking submissions and updating shared content repositories (e.g., OneNote)

Digital & Intranet Channels

  • Maintain and update intranet and SharePoint content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Create or coordinate visual assets, including banners for newsletters and intranet pages
  • Collaborate with design teams or presentation specialists to deliver high-quality visual content

Multimedia & Content Creation

  • Develop basic graphic content using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
  • Support video production and editing for internal communications initiatives
  • Capture photography at internal events to support storytelling across channels

Onsite & Event Support

  • Help coordinate employee headshot sessions in the onsite photo/video studio

Collaboration & Brand Governance

  • Ensure communications materials align with corporate brand standards and approved imagery guidelines
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency across regions and channels

External Communications Support

  • Assist with drafting and publishing content for LinkedIn
  • Support updates to external-facing content on the wholesale website

What You Bring
