BD Interventional (BDI) focus on leading innovation and life-enhancing devices in the field of surgical, endovascular, urological and critical care interventions aiming at advancing the treatment of high burden diseases and enabling surgical and interventional procedures.

About the role:

The Sr. International Marketing Manager - Drainage Franchise is responsible forshaping and executing the marketing strategy across regions to accelerate growth within the Drainage Platform. This roleis responsible foraligning regional marketing initiatives withplatformobjectives, overseeing market analysis, and developing differentiated strategies to enhance brand presence and competitive positioning. The International Drainage Lead partners cross-functionally with regional teams and commercial operations, to ensure operational readiness and sustained execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with the regions to develop strategic growth plans, focusing onmarket development,expansionand competitive differentiation aligned with platform strategy.

• Partnerwith regional teams to analyze market data andidentifyemerging trends.Assess the global competitive landscape andleveragecustomer insights to drive strategic differentiation

• Lead global market modeling toidentifyandmonitorkey growth opportunities and inform capacity planning.

• Partner with Commercial Operations to ensure adequate supply and sustained project execution.

• Collaborate internally across functions including Marketing, R&D, Medical and Regions and externally by going to conferences, studying trends, understanding guidelines and studies, working with KOL's etc. toidentifycustomer focused insights and opportunities.

• Act as a liaison to regional teams, ensuring marketing plans support global strategy and revenue targets.

• Lead development of global education tools, communication programs, training, and budget impact models.

• Partner withinnovationteam toidentifyand drive key innovation projects to drive growth and expansion globally, including organicandpotential acquisition or investment opportunities.

• Lead portfolio reviews with regional teams to ensure alignment and performance optimization.Identifyportfolio gaps within regions, focusing on underperforming products and potential areas for improvement.

• Implement comprehensive portfolio strategies tooptimizeproduct mix and increase profitability.
  

Required education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, ora technicalfield

• At least 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, orin an international businessrole.

• Strong organizational skills anddemonstratedability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.

• Action oriented withdemonstratedability to get results.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills related to interfacing andestablishingrelationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions arecustomer-driven.

• Thoroughunderstanding of global laws and regulations related to the approvals,salesand marketing regulation

• Ability to travel internationally up to 35%
