ORBIS is looking for a dynamic International Program Manager to oversee our international division. This role is Remote with regular overseas travel totaling between 50-60% of the year and other domestic travel as required.

* MANAGE: Manage program delivery resources, staff the program and manage team, lead client engagements, ensure execution of programs during performance, and oversee program budgets and travel.

* GROW: Drive the proposal and delivery of superior technology-enabled offerings as part of your program - work with your account manager to grow your program and identify additional opportunities.

* CONNECT: Support broader firm-wide strategy implementation, including but not limited to business development efforts, new opportunities, and capability development.

* EVOLVE: Spearhead the career management and professional development of all team members on your program. Act as a teammate and mentor to other professionals within the firm. Create opportunities aligned with new contract and contract growth opportunities to create a culture of ongoing team, and thereby program, evolution.

MANAGE

* Manage program delivery resources, staff the program, manage the team, ensure execution program and deliverables during performance, and oversee all program budgets.

* Lead client engagements and the rollout of new offerings to your client. When possible, put in place a mechanism to capture feedback that can shape subsequent business development, technical development, and investment towards program growth and new opportunities.

* Oversee program budgets and travel.

* Ensure program practices adhere to regulatory standards.

GROW

* Work with your Account Manager to drive program growth, support business development, identify new opportunities.

* Coordinate closely with your Account Managers to understand potential customer needs and with Capabilities Managers to understand capability offerings including service offerings, proprietary and third-party tools, and training. Seek opportunities to drive new business and create synergies with capability reuse.

* Build relationships with your client and other potential clients where appropriate. Seek to limit single points of connectivity for the firm and focus an investment on sustained and upcoming (future leader) relationships.

* Contribute to International program proposals and concept pitches. Participate in the pricing and review process before proposals are sent to clients to ensure consistency with firm quality standards and alignment with strategy.

* Participate in the Business Development Operating System for International.

CONNECT

* Understand international trends and changes with the potential to disrupt the firm's key markets and take proactive steps to share your insights with your Account Manager, the Chief Capabilities Officer, and Capabilities Managers to identify potential investments that mitigate risk and create opportunity.

* Support internal concept and capability development with your experience, client insights, and abilities.

* Support firm-wide strategy implementation and business development efforts across the firm including beyond the International Division when requested.

EVOLVE

* Actively manage your team, taking a proactive approach to promote performance, contributions to the firm, team, and programs.

* Understand individual aspirations and create organizational and professional growth opportunities aligned with new contract and contract growth opportunities. Create a culture of ongoing team, and thereby program, evolution.

* Contribute to strengthening a culture of ongoing investment in our people and capabilities so that we are never complacent.

Experience:

* 10+ years in intelligence or special forces

* 2+ rotations with partners and liaisons

* Operational or analytical experience in the government

* Experience leading a team of 5 or more people

* Proven track record of good judgement with management of $10M+ budget

* Senior level relationships with international Special Forces, Intelligence, and other partner governments.

Required Skills:

* Requires an active TS/SCI

* Expertise in cultivating relationships with various stakeholders

* Senior level advisor and responsible for measurable outcomes
